If time is money…How much is your time worth?
As a Realtor, you are in business for yourself. Most people go into business for themselves because it allows them the freedom to be their own boss and make their own schedules. It has been my experience that most of the successful Realtors I’ve met have quite simply been too busy to enjoy the benefits of being successful and hence fell victim to their own successes. 

I am in the business of providing the time consuming follow-up and follow-through service necessary to make your business successful. 

You can not wear every hat in a business and be successful! You must delegate effectively and Virtual Assistants are a great affordable way to do that. I can work with you on a per project, hourly or retainer rate. I can partner with you whether you need temporary or permanent administrative assistance.

Per Project Plan: 
For a one-time project (for example, create brochure or flyer), or for infrequent assignments, you may want to choose the “per project” option. It is for Realtors interested in an “as needed basis” relationship. 

Hourly Plan: 
Hourly rates are for Realtors who want to work with me on an ongoing
relationship, however, they are not sure how much time they will need each
month. They could need my assistance each month for different amounts of 
time or just here and there. 

Retainer Plan: 
Retainer hourly rates are for Realtors who are ready for a long-term 
partnership and can commit to a specific number of hours each month for 
the duration of the partnership. The hours can be retained starting with a 
ten-hour commitment and increasing in five-hour increments. Clients can 
save money with a discounted monthly retainer plan. The agreed upon fee will be invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are due and payable before the month’s work begins.

Payment Terms:
A signed Service Agreement is required prior to the establishing of a new business relationship and before beginning any work.  

For the Per Project Plan payment is due upon delivery of work. Established clients have the choice of paying for their projects on receipt or invoiced on a monthly basis (15th or 30th).

Payments are accepted via credit cards or bank account through the secure PayPal system. Don’t worry you don't even need a PayPal account. You simply click on the link provided in the e-mailed invoice and follow the instructions. Sorry personal or company checks will not be accepted for payment.
